All equipment supplied is warranted by the manufacturer. AVK GmbH, as a supplier of equipment, fulfills all obligations for warranty and post-warranty service of the delivered goods.
During the warranty period, project managers and specialists of our company solve all customer issues that arise, repair, supply spare parts or replace equipment that has failed, subject to the pre-agreed conditions. In most cases, support is provided remotely through modern means of communication.
At the end of the warranty period, AVK GmbH customers always have the opportunity to conclude a separate service agreement for the equipment. For our part, we are always ready to take into account the individual requirements and wishes of the customer on mutually beneficial conditions.
