Technical description:

Top layer: 18 mm plywood with resin coating.

Gluing in accordance with EN13986 – EN 636-2S with waterproof glued seams.

Interlocking: Patented Speed-Lock ® aluminium interlocking system.

Bottom layer: 2 mm cork (upon request).

Board dimensions: 2480 x 620 mm.

Fire behaviour: Bfl-s1 class in accordance with DIN EN 13501-1

Weight: approx. 14.00 kg/m².

Load-bearing capacity: The surface can be driven on by forklift trucks with a total weight (including load) of 10 t.

Permanently installed sports floors or running tracks in arenas need to be covered and protected for a wide variety of events. 

The coated plywood boards have waterproof glued seams and a resilient surface coating. The elements are easy to clean and can bear very heavy loads. If required, this system can also be offered in fire behavior class Cfl-s1 according to DIN EN 13501-1.
The interlocking profiles enable the elements to be con­nected safely. The resulting area is level, and without wide joins or height tolerances. The aluminium profiles ensure the product‘s long life because there is virtually no wear and tear in the joining system.
Easy fitting and dismantling reduce changeover times and can increase cost efficiency.
