Middle layer: 18 mm special plywood in accordance with EN 13986 - EN 636-2S.
Interlocking: Patented ® aluminium interlocking system.
Bottom layer: 18 mm laminate composite foam.
Total thickness: approx. 38 mm (depends on top layer).
Module size: 2470 x 613 mm (1,51 m²) .
Weight: approx. 28 kg per module (depends on top layer).
For events and competitions where PVC rolled goods are required, Speed-Lock Basic is the perfect choice. It provides a fast installation process which offers the features of an area-elastic or a combi-elastic sports floor all in one.
A large selection of flooring material can be glued on top of the Speed-Lock Basic to be used for a wide range of sports like volley-ball or handball.
Upon request, we can also produce the Speed-Lock Basic with the surface material of your choice and have it DIN 18032 or EN 14904 certified.
