AVK GmbH shipped refereeing and timing equipment for the modern athletics arena in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan. The indoor arena is currently under construction and is scheduled for launching this year. The capacity of the arena will be 7,000 spectators. It is planned to hold international competitions of the highest level. The facility will feature the most advanced start/false start systems, photo-finish cameras, sector equipment and Swiss Timing software. Network laying, preparatory and engineering work are currently underway. Installation of Swiss Timing equipment is scheduled for late spring — early summer.
