AVK GmbH has been always working hard in order to be able to offer the highest quality and the latest innovative solutionsto our clients. We do a lot of fieldwork & we can declare ourselves to be the true pioneers who get the brand new products and supply them to our customers right after (or sometimes even before!) their official launch.
At the moment AVK GmbH represents 50+ well-known brands – incl. official partners of the International Olympic Committee and various international sports federations.
AVK GmbH supply chain management team incl. department’s director pays regular visits to our main suppliers in order to see the products with our own eyes, to understand the technological aspects of the production process and just to keep the good personal relations. This time we went to marvelous Italy where sport has a truly long tradition. Football is the most popular sports there. Italy (or Squadra Azzurra – “the blue team” due to the color of the national uniform) won 2006 FIFA World Cup and is (along with Germany) currently the 2nd most successful football team in World Cup history, after Brazil, having won four FIFA World Cup championships (1934, 1938, 1982 and 2006). The Italian word for soccer is “calcio” (meaning “a kick”). Italy's top domestic league, the Serie A, is one of the most popular professional sports leagues in the world and it is often depicted as the most tactical national football league. Italy's clubs have won 48 major European trophies, making them the second most successful nation in European football.
