WKO Mission to Ivory Coast

In 2021 Ivory Coast (or Côte d'Ivoire) is going to host the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (also referred to as AFCON 2021 or CAN 2021), scheduled to be the 33rd edition of the Africa Cup of Nations, the biennial international men's football championship of Africa organized by the Confederation of African Football (CAF). For the event of this size and importance the country needs new sports infrastructure.

In May 2018 AVK GmbH participated in the economic mission to Abidjan (capital of Côte d'Ivoire) in order to discuss the possibilities of providing our services to the people of Côte d'Ivoire. Trip was organized by WKO (Austrian Economic Chamber).

AVK GmbH presented our expertise and know-how in the area of equipping of football stadiums and got a lot of positive feedback from the local authorities. We hope to become a part of this ambitious project and thank WKO for a well-organized event.
